At Moi Magazine, we create thoughtful print and digital publications. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products

Digital products include digital magazines, PDFs and downloadable content.

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be revoked

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree that all digital sales are final, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at [your email address] and we will assist you.


Physical Products

Physical products include printed magazines and any other tangible items sold through our online store.

We carefully package all physical orders. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Deciding you no longer want the product

  • Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
